We are aware of how the voluntary sector works. Through
having been involved with a wide range of charitable organisations, we have
come to know its culture, understand issues like participatory processes,
and are able to work within an organisational culture that is somewhat
different from the commercial sector.
This coupled with our understanding of the issues at hand
and our determination to make the filming process enjoyable for everyone
means that we can confidently complete projects to the satisfaction of our
clients and their beneficiaries.
We realise the importance of involving the participating
communities in the right way, i.e. by being sensitive to their needs without
creating disturbances or endangering them. Many of our films are being used
not only by the organisation that commissioned them but equally by the
people featured in them – we regard this as a confirmation of the quality of
our work.
"Their work is intelligent and
creative, the result being thought
provoking videos which really
research and address the issues"
